America’s Restoration Training Institute (ARTI)
Effective Immediately
By registering for a course with America’s Restoration Training Institute (ARTI), you agree to the following Terms of Service. These terms apply to all formats of instruction, including in-person training, live online sessions, and self-paced (pre-recorded) online courses.
Your registration grants you a non-transferable, limited-use license to access the course materials and participate in the selected training.
Self-paced (on-demand) courses provide access for a defined period, typically 60 days from the date of enrollment unless otherwise stated.
You may not share your login credentials, allow others to participate on your behalf, or redistribute any course materials without express written consent from ARTI.
By participating in any ARTI course, including in-person, virtual, or on-demand sessions, you acknowledge and agree that:
ARTI and its representatives may capture photographs, video, and audio recordings during the course for use in marketing, training, and promotional materials.
This includes but is not limited to images and footage of students working in mock environments, engaging in classroom exercises, or participating in group discussions.
These materials may be used across ARTI platforms including websites, printed collateral, social media, email marketing, advertisements, and other promotional efforts.
Opt-Out Option:
If you do not wish for your image, voice, or participation to be included in ARTI’s promotional materials, you must notify ARTI in writing two days before your class begins by emailing team@americasrti.com with the subject line:
“MEDIA OPT-OUT REQUEST – [Your Full Name]”
Reasonable efforts will be made to honor your request. Please note that opting out may limit your participation in certain recorded or group-based components.
All course content, materials, tools, templates, presentations, and recordings are the exclusive property of ARTI or its instructors.
These materials are intended solely for your personal use as a student and may not be shared, duplicated, sold, or used to create derivative works without written permission from ARTI.
Full payment is required at the time of registration unless a written payment plan or group agreement has been authorized in advance.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of enrollment and loss of access to training materials.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 calendar days before the scheduled start date of a live or in-person class to receive a full refund.
Submit cancellation requests to team@americasrti.com with the subject line:
“CLASS CANCELLATION REQUEST – [Your Full Name]”
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the course start date.
For self-paced courses, refunds are not available once access has been granted unless a technical issue prevents access and cannot be resolved by ARTI.
ARTI reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or modify course content or delivery format at its discretion.
In the event of a reschedule or cancellation by ARTI, you will be offered the option to transfer your enrollment to a future course or receive a full refund.
It is your responsibility to ensure you meet the necessary technology requirements for online and self-paced courses, including reliable internet access, updated browsers, and the ability to stream audio and video content.
ARTI is not responsible for technical limitations on your end that prevent full participation.
